Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unwashed/unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges are easy!

  1. Mail back the items you are exchanging.
  2. Include your order number and indicate the new colors/sizes you would like.
  3. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping fees getting your items back to our shop.
  4. We cover the cost of shipping sending you the new merchandise.
  5. We recommend purchasing the cheapest Ground Advantage USPS postage when shipping items back to us. (It will make it!)
  6. Once your exchange is received we will email your new tracking number.

Return Process

  1. Mail your unwashed/unworn merchandise back to our shop within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number.
  2. Once your return is received your order will be refunded via the method paid.
  3. We do not refund shipping charges.

 

Defective Items

If something you received is not up to our normal standards please fill out our contact form.

  • Pictures of damage or defect is required.
  • Defective/damaged items must be returned back to our shop. If your item falls into this category we will cover the cost of return shipping.
